About Us

Marcela Muniz graduated in Architecture and Urban Planning from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in 2010. Marcela began her career working on large-scale projects, particularly hotels and commercial developments, where she developed a precise technical vision combined with aesthetic sophistication. In 2015, she joined Renata and Mariana to found MAB3 Arquitetura, bringing with her a keen eye for detail, refinement, and excellence to every stage of the creative and executive process. At MAB3, she is responsible for overseeing construction projects and interacting directly with clients, ensuring the highest quality in project delivery and a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the entire process.

Renata Adoni graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in 2008 and began her career at a large real estate development company before moving to a renowned architecture firm, where she worked as interior design manager for seven years. With deep technical expertise and a keen eye, she established herself as an interior design specialist. In 2015, she founded MAB3 Arquitetura alongside Marcela and Mariana, taking on a central role in leading the projects and the team. A natural leader, she combines sensitivity, optimism, and determination, inspiring the team and partners with her strong presence. She also serves as sales manager, playing a key role in attracting new clients and opening new areas of activity for the firm.

Mariana Bilman graduated in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Federal University of Paraná in 2010 and furthered her knowledge with a postgraduate degree in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design in New York. During this time, she worked on high-end projects. In 2012, she returned to Brazil and took on leadership in the design and coordination of residential interior design projects, consolidating her expertise in the sector.

In addition to her work as an architect, Mariana plays a key role in the management of MAB3 Arquitetura. Good-natured and an attentive listener, she has become the team’s liaison, strengthening internal relationships and ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment. For the past ten years, she has led the firm’s financial administration.
